Your VIBE activation key is delivered separately by email. The physical fragrance is prepared and dispatched after your order has been confirmed.

Returns & damaged deliveries What happens if there is a problem with your fragrance +
If your fragrance arrives broken, leaking, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
We do not offer voluntary returns for fragrance products that have been opened, sprayed or used, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, returned fragrance products should remain unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to your purchase.
A complete recipient name, delivery address, postcode, city, mobile number and email address are required for physical fragrance orders and delivery notifications.
