Terms & Conditions – aibuildhubs.com (Mail Order Helper Add-on)

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Mail Order Helper Add-on (“the Add-on”), provided by aibuildhubs (“we”, “our”, “aibuildhubs.com”). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

The Add-on is an AI-assisted Gmail integration designed to help businesses automate supplier purchase order creation and communication.

2. Eligibility

Users must have a valid Google account and authorization to use Gmail and Google Workspace APIs. Installation and use of the Add-on may require organizational approval depending on the Workspace configuration.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the Add-on, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized bulk messaging
  • Abuse of Gmail API access
  • Attempting to bypass security controls
  • Violating Google API Services User Data Policy or Limited Use restrictions

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Data and Privacy

Use of the Add-on is governed by our Privacy Policy:

Users retain ownership of their data. We process data only as needed to provide the Add-on’s functionality.

5. Payments and Licensing

If premium plans or licenses are offered, billing terms apply as described during checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of premium features.

  • NEXI PAYMENTS
  • All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Security threats
  • Abuse of Google APIs
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized use

Users may uninstall the Add-on anytime through their Google account.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Add-on is provided “as-is.”
We are not responsible for:

  • Gmail or Google Workspace service outages
  • Supplier errors, delays, or third-party issues
  • Misuse or misconfiguration by the user

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Greek law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU regulations.

10. Data Preparation & Responsibility

If Customer requests CSV preparation assistance, aibuildhubs acts solely as a technical formatter of data provided by Customer.

aibuildhubs does not verify, validate, audit, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or business correctness of Customer data.

Customer remains solely responsible for all submitted data.
