ORDER HELPER
Core workflow · Guide 2 of 8
From supplier data to a ready-to-send order in four steps
Follow one clear process to add a supplier, collect product data, review what matters and send the order with confidence.
Add Supplier
Save the supplier and its catalogue source.
Scan Catalogue
Collect the available product information.
Review / Import
Check and keep the data your team needs.
Build & Send
Select quantities and send the order.
Before you start
Prepare the information the order needs
You do not need a complicated setup. A correct supplier record and a usable product source are enough to begin.
The complete process
What happens at each stage
Order Helper keeps collection, review and sending separate so that supplier information does not become an order before your team checks it.
Add Supplier
Create or confirm the supplier record, save the catalogue source and add the email address that should receive the order. Correct supplier details prevent the finished order from being sent to the wrong contact.
Scan Catalogue
Select the saved source and start the scan. Order Helper gathers the detected product information and places it in a review stage. Nothing should be treated as final until your team checks the result.
Review and Import Products
Check product names, identifiers, categories, prices and other useful fields. Correct incomplete information and keep only the products your business needs in its ordering workspace.
Build and Send Order
Select the required products and quantities, confirm the supplier and add an optional message. Complete one final review before sending the order to the supplier.
Flexible product entry
Choose the product source that fits your work
Catalogue scanning is one route. Order Helper also supports controlled file-based imports when your team or supplier already maintains structured product data.
Scan a supplier source
Use a saved catalogue source and review the products detected by Order Helper.
Import a controlled list
Use CSV when your team already maintains a supplier product list in the required structure.
Import structured data
Use a supported XML file when the supplier provides structured product information.
The Supplier CRM gives your team one place to review order activity, supplier communication and useful internal notes. A dedicated CRM guide is included later in this Help Centre.
