Roadmap tier

Roadmap transparency: Professional and Enterprise capabilities are planned future tiers and are not part of the currently available Starter service. They will become commercially available only after production validation.

Assisted 48-hour managed pilot included

VOXA is not delivered as an empty chatbot. After activation, we help prepare your agent using your business information, your property structure, and your customer communication rules before go-live.

To configure your VOXA Agent properly, we will ask for basic onboarding information such as:

  • Hotel or real estate onboarding questionnaire
  • Tenant profile and business details
  • Standard knowledge template with your services, policies, FAQs, and operating rules
  • Go-live validation checklist before public use
  • Final confirmation of what VOXA should answer, escalate, or avoid

Assisted onboarding included: we prepare and validate your VOXA Agent with you before it handles live guest or customer conversations.

After Starter activation, your subscription starts automatically. You will be billed monthly until cancellation.

Usage (Pay-as-you-go)

Your plan includes a base level of interactions. If your plan exceeds that, additional usage is billed with an additional charge.

1,000 interactions: €29

5,000 interactions: €99

10,000 interactions: €179

You only pay for extra usage beyond your plan limits.
